But every time I plug in the transmitter it comes up as Turtle Beach 420X TX, my old headsets, and trying the reset and power headset on doesn't work but yet when I use the Audio hub that requires a transmitter and the headset, with a usb cable, plugged into both usb ports, it works and I can pull up the firmware but if it is just the transmitter dongle it will come back up as 420X.
